The primary role of the government is to protect its citizens, and as your Cache County Attorney, my vision for the Cache County Attorney’s Office is to establish it as the premier prosecuting agency in the State of Utah. To achieve this goal, I am dedicated to employing and retaining a team of skilled attorneys, victim advocates, and support staff who embody the highest standards of integrity, work ethic, and public service.
As the County's civil legal counsel, I envision a Civil Division that prioritizes proactive liability prevention to save taxpayer money. This vision includes providing every elected official with the legal support they need to effectively perform their duties. I will preserve the rights of the citizens of Cache County by ensuring that everyone, including the government, adheres to the law, thus enhancing public safety.
